Who we are?

The Canadian Initiative for Refugee Resettlement, Counseling, Localizing and Empowerment-CIRCLE International was founded in Toronto in May, 2020, but it was formally registered at the federal and extra provincial level in Alberta in December 2022.

CIRCLE International is dedicated to providing support and advocacy for refugees and immigrants worldwide. With a mission to address the challenges faced by refugees and immigrants in their resettlement process, CIRCLE International is committed to providing essential services and advocating for their rights and wellbeing.

A part from CIRCLE wide range of interventions, we will work with host communities to develop valuable partnership, encourage culture exchange, and share expertise and knowledge between native citizens and new immigrants. This approach will help maintain diversity and ensure equity at all levels.

Through its dedicated team of experts, the organization strives to facilitate the smooth integration of refugees and new immigrants into their new communities by offering support and services that are tailored to their unique needs.

Our Vision

Our vision at Circle International is to build a fair, equal, and inclusive society where everyone is valued and respected regardless of their background or circumstances. We aspire to create a world where discrimination and prejudice are eradicated, and everyone is treated with honour, dignity, and compassion. We aim to establish peace and security for all and to ensure that fundamental human rights are upheld and protected.

Our Mission

Our mission is to promote social justice, peace, equity, and equality by advocating for poverty reduction and defending fundamental human rights.

Circle International's Plan

Circle International will bring all of our resources, talent and commitment to unlock her leadership for a gender-just future.

We know the world is better when she leads too. But in order for her to lead, her basic rights must be prioritized: she needs to be safe, she needs to be healthy, and she needs to have dignified livelihoods.
